Fabrise brings to HOA team skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship, sustainable development
and mentorship gained from practical engagement with the community over time.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Diploma in Education. Passionate about
Entrepreneurship, Fabrise is eager to see Young entrepreneurs worldwide starting and sustaining
their initiatives successfully.
Fabrise was the Founder and Managing Director at Entrepreneurs Training Network (ETN) Ltd.
in Rwanda for 7years. At ETN Ltd, she worked in partnership with the Workforce Development
Authority (WDA) where she had to manage different development projects funded by the World
Bank under the Skills Development Program.
She also served as the Executive Assistant at Transformational Leadership in Africa for almost
3years where she was mentored professionally in different areas of international organization.
Her contributions to Rwanda’s entrepreneurship and development agenda had her selected as the
representative of the Rwanda Women Cross-Border Traders in the East Africa, Trademark in
2016.
Away from work, Fabrise is keen to mentor young people between the ages of 12- 15 years
through her “young future entrepreneurs’ holiday boot camp”.
