Our Beliefs

  • Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship are key to successful integration and citizenship engagement. Education unlocks possibilities by either being employed or being self-employed and a job creator (entrepreneur).
  • Youth are the hope of the world’s future. They are tomorrow’s decision makers and leaders in Alberta, in Canada and the World. That’s why their empowerment by equipping them with marketable and transferable technical knowledge and skills to face tomorrow’s challenges is a priority for HOA.
  • Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity shall be the pillars of equal access to resources and opportunities across the globe.
  • We are stronger together. We echo Helen Keller: “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” HOA’s vision is working together with stakeholders to empower a poverty-free world.
