Strategic Planning to Prepare a Bright Future
HOA held an all-day Strategic Planning Session on November 4, 2023, at Edmonton Public Library Downtown.
The session allowed HOA board, staff, and volunteers to revisit and amend the vision and mission statements, the core values, and conduct a thorough SWOT Analysis among other things to prepare a bright future for our charity.
Of course, our teams discussed new strategic objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
