Small team. Big heart. Mighty impact.
Meet the dedicated people behind Help One Another Canada (HOA). We’re a blend of seasoned leaders and emerging professionals, united by a shared commitment to build a more inclusive, opportunity-rich Canada.
We collaborate with internal and external partners to advance HOA’s vision of an empowered, poverty-free world. We do this by removing barriers to success and strengthening pathways to employment, skills development, and entrepreneurship.
Our primary beneficiaries are Black and racialized youth—an underserved and underrepresented community we are proud to support.
HOA’s Board of Directors provides governance and strategic direction, ensuring we remain transparent, accountable, and impact-focused for our beneficiaries, donors, funders, and partners.
Our board members bring deep insight into the lived realities and challenges faced by immigrant youth and their families. Together, they contribute a strong mix of expertise and networks across local and international community, nonprofit, and business ecosystems—helping HOA grow responsibly while staying true to our mission.
